PLEASE NOTE: Payment of the INVOICE SERVES as your agreement to the Policies, Terms, and Conditions. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION MAY BE PURSUED UPON BREACH OF CONTRACT.

ALLERGEN DISCLOSURE: Ooh Lala Cake Pops & More PRODUCTS MAY CONTAIN OR COME IN CONTACT WITH MILK, WHEAT, NUTS OR OTHER ALLERGENS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO INFORM HIS/HER GUESTS OF THIS FACT. Ooh Lala Cake Pops & More IS NOT RESPONSIBLE & WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR INJURIES SUSTAINED AS A RESULT OF CONSUMPTION.

COLOR MATCHING: I will attempt to match colors to the best of my ability.

RUSH ORDER POLICY:  Orders placed within 1 week of pick-up time require full payment within 24 hours and are subject to a rush fee. 

​

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY:  Your order is not secured until full payment has been received. All payments are received via PayPal invoicing, Cash App or Zelle.  Once an invoice is requested it must be paid within 24 hours or the invoice will be cancelled.  

​

Orders under $100 must be paid in full.  A 50% non-refundable retainer for orders over $100 holds your reservation date with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your pick up date. If your order is not paid for 2 week prior to pick-up, your order will be cancelled and your retainer will not be returned.

CANCELLATIONS:  Please contact me directly for any cancellations.  All deposit/retainer funds are non-refundable.  No refund at all for orders cancelled with less than 1 week notice.

NON-PAYMENT POLICY:  Please do not order until you are ready to make your payment.  If we take time to design/coordinate an order and I send you an invoice that you do not pay I will not be able to assist you with any future orders.

​

ORDER CHANGES: Changes to orders are accepted until 1 week prior to scheduled pick up time. 

​

DAMAGE POLICY:  My goal is to make my clients happy and provide the best service possible.  Upon taking possession of your sweets Ooh Lala Cake pops & More is not responsible for any damage occurring to the sweets during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. 

​

PERFORMANCE & SHIPPING: Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Ooh Lala Cake Pops & More to complete the Agreement and is subject to labor disputes, strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. I cannot guarantee items will be delivered by a specific date and/or time.

​

PERFORMANCE: All photographs provided to Ooh Lala Cake Pops & More are for inspiration only. Each dessert is a unique work of art. While I strive for 100% satisfaction, I do not duplicate others work and cannot guarantee exactness even to my own prior work.   

PICK-UP/DELIVERY: All orders must be picked up on Camp Creek PKWY. Monday-Thursday  by appointment only, Friday after 5pm, Saturday before 10am and Sunday 9am-noon. All dessert tables sets ups have a delivery fee included in pricing.  

NON-TOXIC DISCLOSURE: Ooh Lala Cake Pops & More metallic gold, metallic silver, glitter and sprinkle blends are non-toxic products and are not FDA approved in the United States. If you are uncomfortable with this please let me know prior to payment and your order can be adjusted. Once payment has been taken the price will not change, however, adjustments can be made.

CARE: Store treats at room temperature. If items will not be consumed within 24 hours place treats in an airtight container or bag and remain at room temperature. Do not leave treats, cake, or cupcakes out in the heat. I am not responsible for melted items.
